Military Class Trawler

This kit is of a Military Class armed trawler used by the Royal Navy as a convoy escort from 1942.  These were the largest of the armed trawlers used by the RN and were purpose built.

The kit is a 1:700 'craftsman's kit, the modeller is provided with the basic parts of hull, superstructure and oerlikon tubs and a list of where to obtain parts to complete the remaining details from already available commercial sources.   Paper templates are provided in the instructions to give a guideline for making bridge deck levels and the boat supports. 

This kit is currently out of production, if sufficient orders are received another production run may be made.
